INSPECTIONS

Attic and under floor inspections are a crucial part of the job we perform. We enter these spaces while the animals are still inside. We locate where they are entering the structure and find out where they are making their home. This may be up in your insulation, crawling around the pipes to enter the hollow area of your tub or burrowing holes in the ground. Next we check for any damage they may have done. Animals often damage air ducts which can allow harmful disease to enter your home, pull down insulation, chew through electrical wiring and defecate in these spaces. We will report any problem we find to the property owner. Performing these inspections will tell us how to address your issues and where to place our humane traps. If you have squirrels in your home, we will perform the squirrel trapping and removal with traps that are the best choice for you and your family. These traps do not harm your uninvited wildlife guests. These traps are safe for the property owner, their children and pets. The humane box traps we use just turn into a cage to await our daily arrival. The bait we use is not harmful or poisonous in any way.
